Hello everyone! Are you an Italian food lover as much as I am? Then I bet you will love this dish! I now introduce to you, the Italian turkey quinoa meatballs!

This has all those great flavors in it but without the carbs and fats from the pasta! You can just eat these quinoa-stuffed turkey meatballs, or julienne a zucchini to have an instant, hi-protein, low-carb, classic muscle-building meal.

Meatballs don’t get as much attention as they should be getting. It is so versatile that you can add it to any dish or you can even make your own baked turkey quinoa meatballs as part of your healthy dinner recipes.

This turkey quinoa recipe is very easy to make. You just put the ground meat and the seasonings such as pepper, Italian seasoning or even soy sauce in a bowl then mix and cook as desired.

I also include and cook quinoa with ground turkey because it perfectly serves as a whole-grain binder to the meatball while preventing it from being dry.

Quinoa is a flowering plant that originates from the Andean region of northwestern South America. It is grown as a crop for its edible seeds. The seeds have a high amount of protein, B vitamins, dietary fibers, and minerals that are far greater than those of many other grains.

So try this out and add this on your collection of meatball recipes! Also, let me know your adjustments and experiences on this dish via email or by leaving a comment below.
